Display Bibs

It is not necessary to use the function [Display Bibs...] before [Update the Catalog with Batch]. However, if you wish to see which bibs have successfully downloaded into the batch, use the function [Display Bibs].

1. Choose [Display Bibs].
2. On the Display MARC Bibs in Batch window, choose the level of detail you wish displayed.
   You can view the complete MARC record with all of the tags, and choose to include items.
   For this example, accept the defaults and choose [Workstation].
3. The result is a simple list of titles in the batch.
4. Choose [Ok] to return to batch control.
