A part or a chapter of a book can have full bibliographic description, including specific subject headings and hyperlinks via Analytic Linkage. Similarly, an analytic can highlight a contribution by a local author. Analytic Linkage connects a secondary bibliographical record, called an analytical entry or simply an analytic, to an item that is already attached to its primary bibliographic record.
The following example shows two slides. The primary bibliographic record, Legal Research , has an item that displays a link to an analytic entry for Chapter 10, Fee-Based Research.
