3.24.2 Field 2 OPTIONS:
Purpose: Normally, the CyberTools server ^cyusrv also runs the
scheduler. It does so whenever the TCP/IP READ has a timeout.
Alternatively, this flag causes ^cyusrv to JOB LOOP^cyusched to
make it a separate process. This is necessary when the TCP/IP
timeout does not work, e.g. Cache 2.1 and earlier versions such
as ISM 6, etc.
3.24.3 Field 3 Number:
3 characters, display only
3.24.4 Field 4 Schedule Type:
Purpose: To define the manner of scheduling.
Format: It is a radio button selection.
Menu Style: Radio Button/Check Box
Menu Values: Date/Time Date Periodic Time Periodic
Discussion:
Date/Time schedule a job for one specific date and time.
Date Periodic schedule a job for a specific time on multiple days, days, e.g. DAILY.
Time Periodic schedules a job to run multiple time every day.
3.24.5 Field 5 Specific Date:
10 characters
Purpose: to specify a specific date to run the job.
Format: this field will accept any valid date format, and the short hand notations of n or +n.
n = a day of the current month, e.g., 2
+n = days from now, e.g., +3 would be 3 days into the future
3.24.6 Field 6 Time:
10 characters
Purpose: to specify the time that the process should start.
Format: the value should be a time of day as nn:nn.
3.24.7 Field 7 Date Periodic Day:
10 characters
Purpose: to specify the calendar frequency of the process. For
example, DAILY, the day of the week, or EOM for End of Month.
3.24.8 Field 8 Time Period:
10 characters
Purpose: if the process is to run more than once a day, then
specify HOURLY or QUARTER HOURLY.
3.24.9 Field 9 Where:
32 characters
Purpose: to specify the directory or Namespace to run theprocess.
3.24.10 Field 10 MUMPS Xecute:
102 characters
Purpose: to specify the xecutable MUMPS code for
scheduled time, e.g. "Do ^MyJob".
3.24.11 Field 11 Description:
66 characters, multiple
Purpose: this is a free text comment to remind you what the
scheduled job does. It is documentation.
3.24.12 Field 12 Controls Ok, Cancel, & Help:
tab stop
Purpose: To specify an action that controls the window's flow.
[Ok] will save and apply the displayed values, whereas [Cancel]
will reject the changes. [Help] will display all of the
documentation for the window. Press the Help key for context
sensitive help for each field.
Format: It is an action that toggles the push button.
